RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Eros Publications (Black Cat Media Solutions S.L.U.), we aim to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. European Union Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In compliance with EU Consumer Law, you have the right to cancel or return your online order within 14 calendar days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
While books and limited prints are delicate items, we respect your legal right of withdrawal provided the items are returned in pristine, resaleable condition.
2. Eligibility & Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item (Book, Print, or Non-Book Product) must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Limited Editions: Special editions must include all original extras (certificates, postcards, bookmarks, etc.).

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or order number.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Personalised Items: Custom orders or books that have been personalised/dedicated cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Digital Goods: Downloadable software or content.

Sealed Goods: Items that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted, and you will need to wait to receive the item and follow the standard return procedure.
5. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Trackable Service: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: Duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
