SHIPPING POLICY
At Eros Publications (Black Cat Media Solutions S.L.U.), we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered securely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Origin & Processing Times
All shipments are dispatched from our logistics centre in Barcelona, Spain:
Warehouse Address: Carrer de Rovellat, 11, 2-1, 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
Processing Schedule:

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on business days are typically shipped the same day.

Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET), or on weekends/holidays, will be shipped the following business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, these are for reference only.

In compliance with EU regulations, delivery will never exceed 30 calendar days from order confirmation.

Force Majeure: Eros Publications is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to customs clearance processes, strikes, adverse weather conditions, payment authorization delays, or carrier operational failures.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
Please Note: All orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.

Shipping costs calculated at checkout cover transport only. They do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT (for non-EU countries), or brokerage fees.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by the local customs authority of the destination country.

Refusal to Pay: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs fees or taxes, the cost of return shipping and any administrative fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from any refund due.
4. Shipping Address & Delivery Restrictions
To ensure successful delivery, please observe the following:

Physical Address Required: We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes), General Delivery addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.

Signature Required: Please provide an address where someone is available to receive and sign for the package between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Single Destination: Each order may only be shipped to one address. To send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customer Responsibility: Eros Publications is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery.

If delivery is unsuccessful after reasonable attempts by the carrier (or after 14 calendar days sitting in a collection point) for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., absence, wrong address, refusal to accept), the order will be considered abandoned or returned. In such cases, the customer accepts that return shipping costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
6. Insurance & Damages
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage only while in transit from our warehouse to the delivery address.

Transfer of Risk: Once the package has been delivered and signed for (by you or a representative at your address), coverage ends, and responsibility for the goods transfers to you.

Damaged upon Arrival: If your package arrives with visible damage to the box, we strongly recommend that you refuse the delivery or clearly note “DAMAGED BOX” when signing the carrier’s proof of delivery.

Please contact us immediately if damage is found so we can process an insurance claim. Failure to note damage upon delivery may invalidate insurance coverage.
7. Order Changes & Tracking

No Redirection: For security reasons, orders cannot be redirected to another address once the shipment has been dispatched.

No Additions: Items cannot be added to an existing order once it has been placed.

Tracking: When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to trace your package.
